My name is Alianyi Palmar, I am 28 years old and it is a pleasure for me to share my experience and all my knowledge to help you reach your best version.

My greatest joy is knowing that I'm helping them discover their potential, that we're together on this journey toward a stronger version of themselves.

I am a model, coach and fitness athlete.

My start in this lifestyle began when I was 16 years old. I joined to improve my physique and test myself to see how far I was capable of going, and I fell in love with it all. I love being healthy and feeling incredible.

I've been training for 12 years now and I continue to improve my personal best every day. Testing myself has led me to great results.

I invite you to join and be part of my TEAM, together we can improve your habits, and feel like never before.

Rest well

Sleeping well benefits our entire body in general; getting enough sleep restores the physical and psychological functions essential for full performance.

It helps maintain a healthy weight, reduces stress, and improves mood.

Sleep allows muscle tissue time to recover between workouts. Getting enough sleep is also important for having the energy needed to exercise.

Make healthy shopping

 

The best way to stick to your plan and not sabotage yourself is to go to the market and buy only what you really need, without adding things and temptations that make you stray from it. This way you ensure the success of your plan and save money by not buying more.

Have everything organized

As in any aspect of life, planning is vitally important to ensure that goals become more than just intentions.

Plan your meals and make sure you stock up on everything you need when shopping. This way, you'll avoid going off plan by having everything you need on hand to stick to it.
